Please check material master with strategy group - 11 and mixed mrp indicator - 2, in mrp 3 view

Hi Tanveer,

The MD61 demand is purely depends on the planning strategy which we have maintained in the material master MRP3 view. the planning strategy contains the requirement type and requirement class

similarly with same requirement type combination we will create the demand

if anything got missed up in these two combination system will not allow you to create the demand

i.e. the requirement type of your input in MD61 and the requirement type which is already linked to planning strategy

so please maintain the planning strategy 11 in the MRP3 view then create the demand

Hi Babu,

Even the requirement type BSF is also maintained in MD61. And MRP3 view is filled with all required details like Gross reqmnt 11 and mixed mrp 2.

Hi Tanveer,

Because of incorrect material master data only we will get this error (ex: incorrect material code, incorrect planning strategy, Mixed MRP indicator, Requirement type, Availability check, MRP Type etc..)

please compare the material master views with this material and another material which is allowing

then you will come to know

similarly please maintain the demand only for this material individually by ensuring the user control parameters
