Talent Profile not accessible in ESS & MSS Portal 7.4

Hi Friends,

Our ECC system is on EHP7 and the Portal is on 7.4.

In ESS, when accessing the Talent Profile, we get the message "You Do Not Have Display Authorization".

In MSS, when the Manager tries to access the Talent Profile, all he can see is a blank screen, no errors nor any messages.

Has anyone of you experts come across such scenarios? Please do share your expertise.

Hi,

We had raised an OSS message and got their reply :

The "person id missing" error is an expected behavior in case the talent profile is accessed from the left menu in MSS.

For accessing Talent Profile you first need to select an employee, then access the profile.

For this you need to click on an Employee in the MSS team view  and select talent profile as shown in below screens.

We are now able to access the Talent Profile by the above approach.

try to give S_DEVELOP authorisation and check again

Thanks for your response.

Our system is on a higher version already hence the above mentioned notes are not applicable.

The switch is also activated in SFW5.

On the portal side, the talent profile was to be made visible.

But now the error we are getting is the below one.

Can you place the screen shot of this application details from LPD_CUST or iveiw if it's at your custom.

In ECC side, with that user ID test the HRTMC_EMPLOYEE_PROFILE application from SE80 and check what it's showing.

No customization done for this Talent Profile in LPD_CUST. On ECC side, the same error occurs which is shared in my above reply.
