system preparation issue in solution manager

Got the following issue configure connectivity of system Preparation in solution manager.

Hi Imran

Please check the user type for SM_INT* and SM_EXT*, check the authorizations for these users and as suggested check if these users are not logged, In my previous cases it happened due to wrong user type and this step shoud be executed by SOLMAN_ADMIN user only and not by other user.

Hi Imran, Please check and confirm user sm_extern not locked and solman java is up. Regards, Harsh

Hi Imran

no problem....first this check is failing because there is no seperate web dispatcher

so please select the first option - No SAP web dispatcher and then check

this should help if not we see further

Hi Prakhar,

Go the below error,while click on display message.

SOAP:1,007 SRT: Unsupported xstream found: ("HTTP Code 401 : Unauthorized").


Is their any roles need to provide while doing solman_setup?

further you need to check the user is not locked SM_EXT*
