Which business user/role has work center/facets maintenance plans and resource scheduling visible?

Dear C4C users and consultants, I did activate resource scheduling and maintenance plans in the scoping of my C4C development system. However, I do not find any business role that has those work centres/ facets visible. Do you have any idea? I do not want to add work centers and facets without business role. Thanks a lot Pushkar, very useful information!

However, the 'new' button to create the visit is not visible in my 'service agent' role. This is why I think I am missing a business roles and / or work centers in my 'serviceagent01'.

Was there also not a Gantt chart visibility for resource scheduling. I saw a graphical interface to re-schedule maintenance visits.

Please remember to assign the visits workcenter to the user / role. Thank you.
