Is it Possible to create quota arrangement without MRP run? Please explain
Thanks
The main purpose is to split requirements between different sources. It is not necessary that this is done from MRP directly, it can be achieved well from manually created requisitions.

Hi Abirami,
The main concern of the quota arrangement is to split the proposals through MRP run as per the percentage and which you have fixed in the source list
with out MRP as per my knowledge you have split the quota manually for PR creation..
MRP Functionality :
while running the MRP system will check the MRP Type as well as lot size if the lot size is enabled with consider quota, MRP 3 Quota usage then it will check the source list what are fixed vendors with MRP Relevant
according to the source list fixing system will check the quota percentage for generating the MRP Output (Proposals i.e. PR or Schedule lines)

Venkatesh

Hi, You can include the quota to MRP so as in such a way system considers the quota for allocating the proposals come from MRP to the individual internal or external vendors .Quota is not a available stock .
