I am trying to navigate to KM content in portal 7.4 but getting a run time error. As soon as I navigate to Content Admin -> KM content, I landed up on error page. Kindly suggest.

This kind of error may appear if there are hot deployments in the background. Please search the defaultTrace files for the term "hot-deployment" to be sure. If you see such entries this note will be applicable: 894884.
