SAP Portal 7.4 KM Issue + com.sapportals.wdf.WdfException: Can't load Layout class: com.sapportals.wdf.layout.HorizontalLayout

HI Experts,

I am trying to navigate to KM content in portal 7.4 but getting a run time error. As soon as I navigate to Content Admin -> KM content, I landed up on error page. Kindly suggest.

    Hello Shobhit,

    This kind of error may appear if there are hot deployments in the background. Please search the defaultTrace files for the term "hot-deployment" to be sure. If you see such entries this note will be applicable: 894884.
