Hi all,
We have configured ITSM in solution manager SP13. We have a requirement that message processor will not be able to see other modules tickets when he is searching for incidents.
and we can restrict changing priority of ticket to module lead only. Message processor or the Team assigned not able to change the priority of the ticket.
Please suggest.

HI friends,
I have tried to restrict using authorization object: SM_SDK_IBA. but no luck. We want to Restrict Message Processor for changing incident of other support team.
currently message Processor is able to change all the incident even for other modules also.
Please suggest...
