Multiple rework confirmation qty for an operation not updated into the Rework operation qty

Hello

For a particular operation (calling it the trigger operation) in a production order, only the rework quantity confirmed for the first time is updated into the subsequent rework operation quantity (rework operation is introduced by a reference operation set inserted via trigger point). Since we do multiple confirmations for the trigger operation, it is required that the system will update the sum of all confirmed rework quantities into the subsequent rework operation quantity.

Please advice.

Ex:

The total operation quantity (unit EA) is produced and confirmed multiple times since it is produced in high volumes in a make-to-stock setup. Under and over delivery is allowed

After first confirmation of operation 0020

Op Op. qty. Yield Rework

0020 1000 850 5

0030 5

After second confirmation of operation 0020

Op Op. qty. Yield Rework

0020 1000 135 10

0030 5 <-----------------------------------------------------------Need this quantity to reflect Rework qty confirmed from both instances, i.e., (5 + 10) = 15

Thanks.

    Hello,

Please try the Badi WORKORDER_REWORK - Business Add-In PP Orders Operation: Rework method GET_REWORKED_QUANTITY.it is possible to transfer outwards an additional yield when entering a backflush for PP orders. This is added to and displayed in the confirmed yield. In addition, this yield is considered during the quantity checks, and during all further checks and functions of the confirmation.

    Best Regards,
