System error in program SAPLRRSI and form RRSI_SID_VAL_CONVERT-1-

Hi everyone,

I’m having an error while refreshing any IFRS Starter Kit’s reports in BPC 10.1.

  • In EPM it shows the following error information:

One or more errors occurred.

The execution of report Default Report failed. Please contact your administrator.

Bad request.

  • And through SLG1 (BW), I can see same error:

@5C\QError@ MDX statement error: System error in program SAPLRRSI and form RRSI_SID_VAL_CONVERT-1- @5F\QNo detail exists@

Looking for to try to solve it, I’ve found something relative to this issue (SAP Note 1868492) it says that "there is a program error" and to solve it (in SAP NW BW 7.4) I need to upgrade to SP4, but I have installed SP11.

Is there someone who knows how to solve it?

Thanks very much in advance.

Regards,

Fernando.
