Partial Delivery Indicator in PO

Hi Experts,

I would like to know how to set the Partial delivery indicator automatically in PO (E.G. will be automatically set to 'B').

I know I can set it in:

1. Customer master record

2. in VD51 (But this is for Sales order)

I can't use the first option because i need it to be per material. Is there a transaction like VD51 for Purchase orders?

Hello,

In Std SAP PO we will not have any Partial delivery qty fields to check, only thing is that you have to check system would have delivery complete ind set.

If Del Comp Ind set means , PO completed or else Open or Partial Delivery complete.

I am not sure how you archive partial delivery with sales order with VD51?

But you have possible options to restrict with partial delivery in PO .Refer

Can you name the field where you see the partial delivery indicator B in a purchase order (F1, then technical field help)? Or do you talk about statuses in inbound delivery?
