How to check if ATP is working

Hi Experts,

I've some ATP configured that is to schedule a channel at 3 AM - 5 AM daily. Even though the channel is shown as active (in the Details page, the active mark is ticked), and the channel is not included in the exception list, somehow I check at the Communication Channel Administration Information

page, there's no log telling that the channel is stopped & started by the ATP.

Why is the ATP not working? How to really know if the ATP is working?

Hello Suwandi ,

Make sure your channel is in Automatic mode and not in manual mode. Automatic mode is necessary for ATP to function.

Please check that you channel is in this way:

The channel has to be with Automatic Control and External control Off in grey.
