Dunning Level not correct at item level for multiple line items of document

Hello,

I am trying to run dunning and when dunning run is executed it updates the dunning level of document. But in those cases where there are more than one line item of a document the dunning level is updated only for one line item and not all the debit line items of the document though the due date is same for these line items as well.

Further table MHND shows the dunning level updated but it is not reflected in table BSEG.

I have check the configuration and have found nothing much related to issue. As per requirement all the customer line items of a document should get the dunning level.

Please help.

Hello All,

There was issue with the functional module assigned in Business Transaction Event which was causing the error. I have get it corrected with the help of my ABAP colleague.

In the dunning letter generated, are you able to see all the line items for the customer. If not please check if all the line items are eligible for dunning

If all items are eligible  Check the free selection tab, if any thing mentioned to pick up the line items.

Check if there are any lock entries

Check the MHND and MHNK table entries for the selection

Hi Prasad,

Both tables MHND and MHNK shows the line items of document with update dunning level. However the same is not reflected in BSEG.

Also there is no selection criteria in free selection tab as well.

check SM12 for locked entries or SM13 for update failures.

Thanks for looking in to issue.

I have checked both SM12 and SM13 and there are no locked entries as well as no update failures. Further while dunning run the dunning levels are getting updated in documents. However in those documents which have more than multiple line items, dunning level is updated in one of those line items.
