Hello *,

within our customers' service process it is typical that field-technicians travel abroad
crossing several time zones.
E. g. starting in Germany (CET) travel to Canada (EST) fix some equipments
and return to Germany.

The service process starts when leaving Germany and ends on returning to Germany.
How to cover "real" time effort in comparison with the time lag in service order and
confirmation in order to use those times as basis for invoicing and triggering ERP CATS?
