Blackberry device using Activesync to access emails.

Hi Team,

I have below query for Blackberry device:

If a Blackberry device is configured to access email using  Activesync & once we enabled on quarantine in exchange, will that stop blackberry from accessing email?

    Hi Vivek

    Can you confirm this question is related to Afaria?  I ask because Blackberry is not a supported device type in Afaria 7.0 Service Pack 5 for which this question has been tagged.

      We are talking about Blackberry devices. These are not supported by Afaria and they are listed in the Unmatched category.

      If other devices fall in the unmatched device category (Android, iOS, Windows Phone), it is possible that they are associated to a wrong ExchangeUser or the ExchangeUser is missing.

      You can try to resolve the email identity. Please read KBA 2121423 above.
