Printer output device within user id is not defined Message no. FR393

4202 Views

Hello Everyone,

I am trying to figure out this message which is occurring during the PO Printout from ME9F:

Printer output device within user id is not defined

Message no. FR393

It is happening in our Production system (with only a handful of the POs), while the same PO is giving printout fine in the Quality Assurance Server (recently refreshed).

I tried all configurations in the ME9F (Message settings) NACE, MN05, SPRO, SPAD, Authorizations, Device types but i am still unable to figure out the error. What I think that it is because of the change of the device type setting from the User ID (SU01). It was LOCL before but now it is changed to Z device type and while in ME9F, it is by default LOCL but even changing the logical destination, deleting and creating new message, Issue is still the same.

Any Help or suggestions?

Thanks a lot,

Regards,

Faisal
