Multi AD Forrest configuration in SAP BO 4.1

Hi All,

We are facing issue where we have configured multiple AD Forrest in our application.

Our base domain i.e. local domain group is working without issue where as second domain network group is getting corrupted every 30 min.

Error Prompted: Invalid group name, cannot find group

If we remap the group, it is working for another 30 min. Did anyone faced this issue in their system?

Appreciate any help,thanks in Advance.

Regards

Parmjit

    Hello,

sounds strange. I never had this issue. Do you get any more information out of the SAP BI logs or the Eventviewer of the Windows OS?

Please enable the Kerberos debugger and check whats written in there.

    Hi Parmjit,

Try to verify your Krb5.ini file as described in KBA :

    https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1245178

    Check KRB5 Multiple Domains section.

    Best Regards,

    Manoubia

    • Did you add any registery entry in CMC related to AD? if Yes try removing it, apart from useFQDN entry check if there is any mistake.

try making host file entry on CMS for affected AD for certain period of time.

If you have AD Graph schedule then remove it.

best way is to go for CMS logs you will get answer there from BO side.
