SAP ByD - Manual price change control?

Hi all,

Is it possible to block sales order/quote only with manually changed price conditions?

example: When user creates order without manually price changes then block not sets and user can release order without any approval. But sales order with the manual change will be blocked and sent for approval.

In help center I found that approval for sales order or quote can be set only for next conditions:

• profit margin
• total discounts
• total
• net value
• ABC classification
• project-based
• credit status

Is that mean, that set approvals only for manual change impossible? if no then how to do that?

Hello Eugene,

You can set up approval process without any condition. This means all the sales quote need to be approved.

After it approved, if there is any change on the pricing ( quantity, list price, discount etc...), the quote would to be approved again.

If still the function does not support your requirement, you may think of creating custom approval process by SKD.
