Reservation creation against a stock item in PM work order

Hi Experts,

Is it possible to prevent the creation of reservation against a stock item in PM work order components? In general it will generate a reservation document for the component with item category 'L' in the components list. But my requirement is to stop creation of reservation at the time of work order creation for the component with item category 'L'.

Is it possible to achieve the above requirement vain any configuration or enhancement? Appreciate your quick response.
