Automated Analytics 2.2 License

Hello Experts,

       Can anyone please suggest what is the way to get PA2.2 License? We followed the steps suggested in SAP Note 2180743 but only getting PA2.0 in selection. I can also see the temporary key zip file contains only PA2.0 keys. Is there a separate process for PA2.2 keys?

Please note that we are facing challenges in Automated Analytics part of it. Expert Analytics is working fine.

Hi, as per my FAQS, I recommend you to ask for support using the component XX-SER-LIKEY-BOJ.

For me this should not be a separate process to ask for PA 2.0 or PA 2.2 keys.

Please note we have PA 2.3 released since September 2 and the key code management is now simplified - you might want to upgrade your client.

The SAP Note applies to the SAP PA 2.0/2.1/2.2 releases.

Sure. You no longer need to deal separately with Automated Analytics & Expert Analytics key codes.

You just need to input the key code enabling both user interfaces as detailed here.

       The above link is pretty useful. Thanks for sharing this. We will explore the option to go to PA 2.3. Just one final confirmation needed, it seems while trying to find the licenses for PA 2.2 in Service market place, we are not seeing PA 2.2 in the available list of version and only seeing PA 2.0. Will it require different access for us to get this  ?

No - just use the 2.0 entry.

ok...so PA 2.0 license would for PA 2.2 and PA 2.3 also right?

Yes - normally. The change we bring to PA 2.3 is just a simplified user interface so that the key code you get is reflected everywhere & enables all user interfaces. SAP Note specific to PA 2.3 license installation is due anytime soon - I'll update the community when I know more.

Under 2.0, you'll have the downloads for 2.x.

Thanks Henrique. I think the question was specifically about the licenses, not the product downloads but I may be wrong. For product downloads, you are right, this is illustrated by the screenshot below that shows the three versions currently offered for SAP PA 2.x desktop.
