Business Processes not available in Testplan

Hello together,

I created a new Testplan in STWB_2.

When trying to assign testpackages I noticed that there are Business processes missing.

For example: "0510 Telesales VK1" is available in SOLAR02:

In STWB_2 this process is missing:

"0510 Telesales VK1" contains several Testcases, all of them are identical to for example "0550 Forms" and are in status 'Released'.

In my opinion this process should also appear during the creation of the Testpackages.

What am I doing wrong? What needs to be changed to create a Testpackage from "0510..."?

Hello everybody,

I have the problem again for another project.

Testcases/-documents are assigned to project and are in status "Released".

Nevertheless, the Business Processes are not displayed at all in the selection while creating a Testplan. Does anyone have an idea how this problem can be solved?

Hi

this happens sometimes when your structure is not in synch. It will take some time after that it will appear. After that you must not have selected with transactions only processes.

Thanks for your answer. I've now waited for the weekend to be over but the processes are still not available in stwb_2.
Transactions are not selected, only processes.

Any chance to start the sync manually?

Or any other idea what the problem might be?

Hi

Can you paste the screen shot of test case properties for 550 and solar02 test cases.

There will be two options to create that for test cases.

1.Test case description

2. Test case

You need to choose same for both.,

Further please can you also check if ZG80 (Test case description) and Z_WS is active in your system.

Solman_workcenter->Test management->

Administration, choose the Test Case Types Settings link.You go to the Test Case Types Settings screen-> Change -> Active column, select the test case types which shall be available to the users of your system.

The testcase type TWTD which is used is available and active there:

The doctype ZG80 is not available.

PS:

We've created Test Plans before without problems and I don't think that basic setting were changed in the meantime (as changes in the Test Case Types Settings).

Nevertheless I'm glad for every input.

Hi

Ok,

Please follow as below

Start transaction SE38 and enter the program GHE_CHECK_TTREEI_ENTRIES

and hit execute (F8).

Enter the project and then choose X in front of 'TEST' to check if there are any entries missing.

It will tell you.

Further if entries are missing run without 'X', in front of Test.

The program corrected 59 inconsistencies and the 0508 is now available in the Test Plan.
