I have a report and I am not able walk through all the fields.

    What do you mean by "walk through all the fields"? Is it that you can't display them all? Or you can't see them all?

    Please explain the issue more clearly. Also, what type of database are you connecting to, what operating system are you running Crystal on, and what is the exact version of Crystal (get this from Help>>About.)

    • The problem I'm seeing from the first image you posted shows that this is a paper size issue - if you can't scroll to the right and the fields you're trying to get to are off the right side of the page, which is what it looks like, you need to increase the size of the paper in order to be able to see those fields. The field that you've highlighted in the Report Explorer is at the right edge of the page that you're not able to scroll.

      Also, the version of Crystal you have is VERY old - it is the original version of XI without any service packs - and has been out of support for at least 5 years. See this post for information about how to upgrade: Where did all the Crystal Reports XI R1 and R2 fixes go?
