Production Receipts KF release unto S4 PP from IBP

Hello Team,

PRODUCTION RECEIPT key figure, which is planned at (Product ID- Location ID- Source ID) ..gets a calculated value from the Optimizer run and i "Save it" on Excel.

i) Upon saving from Excel, will it be saved on to the HANA DB?

ii) Will it also save on to the corresponding mapped entity in the S4 ? So that in S4, the values can be directly utilized to trigger the PIR etc in PP side ?

Usually in APO, we release this key-figures manually on to the ECC.

iii) If it wont happen in the above mentioned fashion, How this release functionality works in IBP to S4

Hi Venkat,

Yes the values are saved in database. This can be further released to ECC or APO by extracting it through a HCI task.
