How to preview the document after store

Dear SAP Expert

I'm the beginner of using SAP Productivity Pak and I'm still learning , I want to ask all of you the SAP expert Productivity Pak .

I was Managed the document  before , my question is :

1. After I managed the document , Can  we open the document after managed  , what is the step  that I should do and How ?

2. If I login with different user , what is the setting that I must do for this user to open the file that I was managed before ?

1. if you meant to download the doc from ancile server, you can click into further and click "get latest version"

2. the 2nd user should be the author of the same project I think. you may try.
