Issue in setting up organizational work distribution rule

Hi,

I'm trying to set up the organizational work distribution.

But while setting up the rule for automatic routing of tickets I'm not able to find the organizational unit that I have just created.

The org unit is created successfully and activated.

Can anyone please help.

    Did you check the validity date of the org unit you added? Often it happens that org units are being created with a validity date starting in the future and hence the data are not yet shown up. In addition, also make sure you have assigned the service function to that org unit.
