Hi Shewta,
from a BI perspective, please check the HowTo-Papers available in this area.
You find them at:

Hi,
I am creating one business connector scenario in which i am sending one IDoc file from sap R\3 to sap bc through HTTP.
Now i want to migrate this scenario to sap xi.
I want to know whether i can reuse the mappings of bc in xi or i will have to do again all the procedure in xi.
What basic steps do i need to perform?
Plz help me.
Thanks.
Shweta,
Nice to mail you. Its very interesting to see that we are also doing the same work: Replacing BC with XI. I am hopeful that you have solved the problem. Could you please suggest us, how to do that?. In the first place, can we migrate the XML mappings from BC to XI?.
I went through the documents, but they seem to be BW, not BC. I think they misunderstood it. Could you please suggest us. Thanks-a-lot. If you have any docs, please mail to: Peddisetty@Gmail.com
Best Regards,
Raj.
