Did you try with freely definable attributes in additional customer data(from menu Extras>Additional data tab) or Text or Comments section in address data tab under General data section.
You need to rephrase your post to enable members to understand your requirement. What is the Business process and do you mean Coface means an Insurance firm ?
Coface is a company which does the audit of all the customers. So once the audit is done we want to enter the audit details in the customers (Like whether the customer is been audited or not).
