Personas 3.0 P missing

Hi All ,

I am trying to implement Screen Personas 3.0 . I have activated all the services and after i check  for Health Check Tool in  /PERSONAS/ADMIN

I  can see the below screen in my system .

When I am trying to open it through browser I am unable to see the P icon of Personas .

Please guide me as what are the configurations missing from my end .

My BASIS consultant says that at OS level the Kernel has been upgraded to 742 but I am not able to see that at GUI level.

I follow note 2175479. IE may not working. Try on Chrome or FF

Hi Disha,

Please check if you have note 2050325 installed. We had the same problem - a mandatory note is missing in the installation doc. Hope this helps you.

You need kernel version 7.42 patch level 200 as the minimum (preferably the patch level should be the latest).

The health check screen shot clearly shows that you are on kernel 7.41. Personas 3.0 currently won't work with that, so upgrade to 7.42 is required.

Hi Disha,

Please see if below role is assigned to your user:

• /personas/admin_role - full rights including creating and editing Themes

Also make sure, you have access to transaction “/PERSONAS/ADMIN" .

This should resolve your issue.
