Is Support Pack 18 (v.13.0.18.2192) supported in Visual Studio 2015 Community?

I tried and all is ok but I wanted a confirmation from you!

Is Support Pack 18 free, without Paid licenses ?

Yes it is supported in VS 2015. Search for licensing, there is a DOC on how and what and when you can distribute the runtime.

SP 19 was just released and you can get it all from here:
