Object is in status wait(CRM Middleware)

While solving the Bdoc error in smw01( validation error),ie Bussiness partner guid does not exit .I used Tcode crmm_bupa_map,then i have entered R/3 customer number and clicked entered to assign the Guid to that particular customer.And clicked the Gather information about customer.

Then we get a pop where the object is in status running ,but it show that the object is in wait.So please help to Replicate the customer from r/3 to CRM

So Please guide me how to solve this problem.
