Customer replication WSDL: extension fields of sales arrangement not included

Hi guys,

we are currently implementing SAP C4C with HCI integration to SAP ERP.

We were creating extension fields in C4C for customer and sales arrangement object.

Now we would like to map these in HCI to the extended ERP IDOC but unfortunatelly the sales arrangement extension fields are not visible in the WSDL downloaded from the C4C communication arrangement.

Does anyone have had the same problem and is able to give a hint how to include the extended sales arrangement fields to the customer outbound WSDL?

Hello Sven,

How did you create the extension fields in C4C, I mean using KUT or SDK? You can map in HCI only when the extension fields are available in WSDL

thanks for your quick reply.

You are absolutely right. On sales arrangement fields the usage in the appropriate web services was not added via KUT. Now it seems to be working.
