text getting overlap if it is in lowercase

Hello,

I am facing really a very weird issue.

In my layout, there is a text field which is a part of subform of type Flowed. The height of the text field is also set as Expand to fit.

The issue is, if the value of this field is in Upper/Lower case then the text is getting overlapped as shown below.

But if the value is in upper case, it is working fine.

I have tried many options but didnt work out any.

Can you please help me to fix this issue.

Regards,

Siddharth Patel

    Hi Siddharth,

I don't know if this is your issue, but I've seen the same type of thing with some forms that I've worked on. What fixed it was to go to Edit->Form Properties->Compatibility and make sure that everything is set to Version 7:

    Thanks!

    Hi,

Does it happen for different Adobe LiveCycle Designer versions?

I tested with ALCD 9.01, but I could not replicate the problem. I also don't think it's an ADS problem. 😊
