Planned Orders getting generated instead of Dependent Demands for Components

Hi Team,

          In APO, I have a subcontracting scenario where Planned Orders are getting generated for the Components instead of Dependent Demands at the Subcontracting Location.

I have checked the Master Data in both R3 and APO and it is fine.

Could you please let me know if there is any customizing setting that needs to be checked either in R3 or in APO that needs to be checked for this inconsistent behavior?

Subcontracting in PP/DS is executed using with Source Location  or without. Refer the details on the help document to understand the expected behavior -
