Exit to modify the quantity during sales order creation

Dear Team,

We have a requirement to modify the quantity during sales order creation by a threshold quantity defined in a price condition,

So we have to read price condition records during the User Exit.

Both forms USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBEP or USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBAP can be used to modify the quantity, but there, there is no available structure that contains price condition records: all structure are empty.

Could someone has any other Form that can be used please?

Of course all sales orders functionnalities should work: pricing, outputs....

Price is driven by the quantity, not the other way around, so I'm also quite confused what is the business scenario here...

Also if I type in, say, quantity 10 and then somehow it magically changes to 15, wouldn't it be very confusing to both customer and person entering the order? If, let's say, you'd like to offer a customer better price for ordering more then instead of just playing "switcheroo" more appropriate action would seem to trigger an information message and offer the customer to order more and then allow them to either accept or decline. What if they don't want a different quantity.

If this is a scenario when item can only be ordered in "packages" (e.g. 1 package is 100 and customers can't order partial package) then it's the whole different story.
