SAP BPC NW 10.1 - Work statuts (Manager / Owner)

Hi BPC experts,

I have an issue with settings my work statuts..Issue that should be very easy for you guys.

I've set my work statuts as following :

1. 3 work states - STARTED / SUBMITTED / APPROVED

2. I've enabled the work statuts lock in my model

3. I filled the property OWNER of the Owner dimension :

I've created 2 users :

- TEST_KPC2

- K.DINMAMODE in the ADMIN team

The issue is the following :

When I'm logged as "TEST_KPC2", I'm able to change work statut from "STARTED" to "SUBMITTED" correctly.

However, when I'm logged as "K.DINMAMODE" - part of the ADMIN team - owner of the parents, I can't change the statuts from "SUMBITTED" to "APPROVED" :

My user K.DINMAMODE is set on SAP_ALL part of the ADMIN team with all task profiles.

Did I miss something ?

Hi Karim,
please check:
1/ property OWNER = ADMIN, without "[" "]"

2/ user K.DINMAMODE has "data access profile" in "web BPC administrations" like user TEST_KPC2 with permitions = "write" for your models. And team "ADMIN" has the same "data access profile".

If it does not help, please attach screen-short with full "work status" web-page, not only table.

Can you check other variants with K.DINMAMODE like setting SUBMITTED status etc...

But you have "APPROVED" controlled by Manager...

Please show hierarchy of profit center dimension!
