Modifying standart Email to Service Request functionality in C4C

Hi pros,

How can I restrict new Service Request creation from an email sent to a b2c channel if there were 3 emails recived from the same adress in the last 15 min?

I suspect that such restriction is not possible as it is going to break a standart business process. But in case anybody did something like this, please, share your expirience.

    Hello Nadezda,

    If you know how to detect the "duplicates" you can implement the determination "BeforeSave"
    Here you search for the duplicates and - if you found one - delete the current instance
    this.Delete()

    Easy as that,
