Crystal Reports Error Message

Hello,

We use the Crystal Reports 2008. We use the report in conjunction with Salesforce. When I go to the Database --> Logon or Off Server button and type in my Salesforce credentials, I receive this error message:

Log on failed.

Details: Unexpected error;

Nested exception is: Javaz.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException:

1. Sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderExpection: unable to find valid certification path to request target.

I have no idea what it means or how to resolve it. This is the first time I’ve ever seen it. Please help.
