SAP Screen Personas 3.1 - SAP GUI Windows issues

i am using Screen Personas with the following system version:

Release 740 SP 11

Kernel release 742

Patch Level 212

I have created a new flavor for transaction MM01.

In this flavor, i have hidden the standard buttons in the GUIToolbar and inserted one script button with script function. In the SAP GUI for HTML the script button works, but in the SAP GUI for Windows the button isn't available.

Does SAP GUI Windows not support new created buttons in the GUIToolbar?

One other issue is scripting. In Flavor for MM01 i have recorderd the scripting for automatic selecting the views (Basic Data1, etc.)

In SAP GUI for HTML the javascript for selecting the views works, but it doesn't work in SAP GUI Windows. There, the warning message "session.findById(...) is null or not an object" appears.

Is there a general incompatibility regarding javascript and SAP GUI Windows?

Best regards,

    hi andreas,

    Please see the following note:

It has list of current and planned supported features for Personas running on SAP GUI for Windows.

If your scenario is supported and you are up to date with patch recommendation, and still not working, then please open a ticket under component "BC-FES-GUI".
