Rebates config on consignment settlement

I need to configure a rebates condition type as part of the consignment settlement process.  I have configured the condition type ZRC0 as part of the consignment info record, however, when I run the consignment settlement (MRKO) this condition type is not calculating the rebate applicable. Am I missing any additional config that needs to be done in order for this calculation to form part of the MRKO settlement run?  Any advise would be appreciated

During settlement accounting, the system uses the volume of business done with your business partner to determine the scale level .Business volumes from consignment processes cannot be taken into account in Subsequent Settlement either, as, in these cases, invoices without reference to purchase orders are created. Its the system behaviour, please check the SAP note 381831 and the following link for more details.
