Archiving CO_ITEM based on archived FI_DOCUMNT

I am running a data archiving project using standard ADK

I have the requirement to archive CO_ITEM documents with the corresponding FI_DOCUMNT documents.

As you know selection criteria are different between the two above archiving objects.

Do you know how I can select CO_ITEM documents to be archived based on a given range of already archived FI_DOCUMNT (e.g. I archive first FI_DOCUMNT for company code 0001 for year 2012, then I need to archive CO_ITEM only generated by financial accounting documents for company code 0001 in 2012).

It is important to mention two things:

- we have several company codes which have different residence time for financial accounting documents

- all the company codes in the system belong to the same controlling area, which means we cannot apply that filter in the selection screen

We also checked the other fields available in the selection screen but we could not find anything suitable
