Thanks All,

actually the forecast is wrong as the date when we start the performance based maintenance plan the next planned counter reading value should be greater than the current value. In my scenario the next planned reading was less than the current counter reading. this was a wrong data provided from legacy system

Thanks

Jey,

Based on an annual estimate of 1200hrs, then this is around 3.29hrs per day.

With a start date of 15/01/2010 and a 1500hr cycle, then the first date should be around 16/04/2011 (today's date + (3.29*1500)).

I have some more questions:

  • Are you using any developments in the maintenance plan process?
  • You need to ensure you have regular measurement to ensure counter based plans work correctly - one measurement per year is not really practical for these type of plans
  • Please send a screen-shot of the IP10 calls
  • Please send a screen-shot of the IP11 packages
  • Please send a screen-shot of the IP03 first, and scheduling parameter tab
  • Also have a look at IP10 and select the first call, then select the Algorithm button at the bottom of the screen - send us a screen-shot of this screen too

Hi Jey,

You have mentioned it is a Multiple Counter Plan.

What is the operation type you have used ?
