Hello,
I am creating a SAPUI5 App, where I am using a rating indicator to get some feedback.When I am trying to use this rating indicator, it is coming with predefined width and height. I am unable to make the stars in indicator enlarged. Also by default it comes with grey color, I wanted to change that to with yellow border.
I tried using CSS style, but when i try to give a yellow border and also try to increase height/width a box gets created around the indicaor.
Is there any way to enlarge these starts within the indicator and also give it a border.
Thanks,
Akshay
Hi Akshay,
If you want to increase size of sap.ui.commons.RatingIndicator, it is not possible. Since, it internally uses an Image -
If you want to use sap.m.RatingIndicator, then you can be able to do it - JS Bin - Collaborative JavaScript Debugging

Thanks a lot Sai for your reply and code snippet provided, bu I am using sap.ui.commons and it wont be feasible to move to sap.m now as major coding is done using sap.ui.comons. But Can i use individual image of star and embed it on absolute or some layout and then use the values.
It seems a bit lengthy approach though.
Hi Akshay,
Add the below lines in css file and check.It might do the needful
img.sapUiRatingItmImg,img.sapUiRatingItmOvrflwImg{
height: 200px;
}

Hello Askhay,
what rating indicator are you using? sap.ui.commons.RatingIndicator or sap.m.RatingIndicator. For the second one there exists a property iconSize to set the size of the rating icons (OpenUI5 Explored).
