Unexpected error

Hi all,

I am getting a unexpected error when trying to login into the universe designer tool (pre-production) environment. I am able to login into other environment with the same universe designer. when I tried to find what causes the issue in google, it is been instructed as to clear the LSI file for BO 3.1. I have also attached the screenshot of the error message. Can anyone please help me to resolve this issue in BO 4.1 ?

And also can someone assist me what is that LSI file and for it is user for ?

Please help it is little urgent
