"New" link in Custom Object Builder view

Dear Experts,

In the Custom Object Builder view, New option to create a custom object is hidden or not getting displayed. I am being an administrator, I have full authorization and I have even verified the scoping but none yielded me a good results.

Reaching out to you get the help to enable this "New" option in Custom Object Builder. Appreciate all your help. Thanks

Hi Prasad,

For every C4C customer, we have a unique C4C customer ID, using which multiple tenants are provisioned. These tenants are used for development, test, production.

Creating "New" custom objects is allowed in only one tenant per C4C Customer ID.

Please Note: the first tenant where you try to create a custom object for your unique C4C customer ID becomes development tenant. It is expected that custom objects are built in this tenant and transported (using Download/Upload) to other tenants.

My initial guess on why you are unable to see "New" Link to create custom object is, because for your unique C4C Customer ID there is already a development tenant. Can you use that development tenant, and if that is not the case please raise an Incident, from your instance.
