Ignore Shipping Point Determination in Sales Order

We are putting the shipping point thru our custom program. But we have to maintain in Shipping Point Determination Table (TVSTZ) even we don't need it, just to pass the check.

How can we ignore this check or not maintain any entries in this TVSTZ table. Just let our custom program put whatever shipping point it determines.

Is this possible?
