Hi experts,

I am not able to supress a resquest from a DSO (3.5 flow), I tried to supress it by setting it in red but i have the following error:

Request is already (partially) activated; no further QM action possible

At first vue, the request seems to fine (all green)

But when i go to details tab, i have this:

I tried to change its status using FM RSS2_DTP_RNR_SUBSEQ_PROC_SET and RSBM_GUI_CHANGE_USTATE. But it's not working.

Does anyone already faced this error?

Thanks.

Amine

Hi Amine,

Why you want to deleted loaded request with green status?

Present loaded request is still activating?

Can you please check activating job?

thru RSRV test on DSO tables, try to find any issues exist on DSO.

if its full load then let it. During next load your data will be overwritten.

Check at dso activate table- have any data or not?

Can you try to do request red at dtp monitor screen and see.

Have you checked table - RSICCONT.

if its have your request then delete it from above table.

Thanks

Hi

If its a full load try to delete it directly without changing QM. But if its delta, I am afraid as you have already deleted the req from psa.

Thanks

Hi Amine,

Did you check all these tables RSODSACTREQ, RSICCONT and RSMONICDP. Also we have to delete from the reconstruction tables RSSTATMANSTATUS & RSREQICODS.

The SM37 job log says there no records for this request in change log table (means no changes logged).

(OR)

It may be happened to be ZOMBIE request. Use this program RSSM_ZOMBIE_REQUEST_DELETE if available in your system. You can also check SAP notes 579812 and 947481, 1138410.

Aravind.

Hi Amine,

I am not this table will be useful to you RSREQDONE or not, but just give a try. May be you can change the status here in this table for the corresponding request, but i do not know whether we can do it or not.

Or something like RSBKREQUEST table if we have for infopackages also, we can change the status and delete the request.

Regards,

Vengal.

Hi Amine,

As it is 3.5x data is getting updated to PSA & DSO parallely.

1st make the PSA request red & then try making DSO request to red & then Delete the same.

Also you can try making the request red with txn code;- RSRQ (Input the Request id)

Hi Rajaesh,

I already deleteted the request from PSA with status green (too late)

Is there another solution?

Thanks.

Hi Amine,

Please check if this request has been loaded further into other cubes or dso . I guess you have to delete it from there first then you can delete it in the current dso.

Thanks
