How to archive Appraisal Template Categories

Hi,

We are using the appraisal system to do Personal Development Plans for our employees.

In that process, we make a new category every year, where the different templates can be found.

We achieve the old templates in Tx PHAP_CATALOG so they can no longer be chosen by the users.

But I have not been able to archive the Categories themselves - which then results in a lot of old and empty categories just filling up and confusing the users.

Does anyone have an idea on what to do here? 🙂

If anyone else experiences this problem, a SAP Note was developed to address it.
