Could not open the standard extended app in Fiori launchpad

Hi Experts,

I have extended standard fiori app(CREATE SALES ORDER) as per the client requirement in WEBIDE .After deploying into ABAP repository .

I have made all the configuration in order to available fiori launchpad.But when i click on app showing the error message .COULD NOT OPEN APP.

Please help me to resolve this issue.
