After Migration-Users are not able to schedule reports

Hello,

We have done the migration form BO 3.1 SP2 to BO4.1 SP3

Migration has gone and well and things are OK but users who were able to do scheduling in BO 3.x is now not able to schedule the reports. We use LDAP authentication

While users are trying to schedule the report it says "Access denied", from description it looks right issue but user has full control+ all advanced rights on that folder,along with application (webi), universe and connection

Please advise what can be a problem?
