Shashank,

Could you elaborate on the scenario which you're working? Do you have Kerberos with SPNego configured? How are you trying to SSO into this Portal?

Dear Carrega,

Yes, Kerberos with SPNego is configured into this portal. This was done by Basis Team.

Can you suggest how to check this in the Portal. The Portal version is 7.01 ( EHP 1).

Hello, Mr. Shashank!

If your Basis Team got Kerberos with SPNego configured and you're still not being able to SSO into this portal, then that tells us there's some kind of misconfiguration in the system itself (or some issue on your computer in case the SSO into this same Portal works for other user accounts).

What I'd recommend you to do next is talk to your basis folks, get them to deploy the diagtool and run a security trace session while you reproduce the error. The trace should gather whatever error you're getting during your logon attempt.

Make sure to check the below notes for additional information:

957707 - Using Diagtool for Troubleshooting Single Sign-On

957666 - Diagtool for Troubleshooting Security Configuration
