SOST - XS751 Message cannot currently be transferred

Dear All,

In Tx SOST, SMS communication going fine  until when we receive a  XS751 message. After this communication gets stuck and need manual intervention in moving the queued messages.

There is no  issue with our external IP, can able to send hundreds of messages per minute.

For instance from morning onward s they will be 300-400 SMS will travel pretty smooth and when we receive  1 SO751 message, then remaining all  will get hanged/Stuck. We need to start sending the selected messages manually.

Can anyone throw me a bone.. oops, I meant a suggestion to eradicate these issues.. LOL..
